Custom Designed Charms and
Beads
We manufacture a large variety of charms, pendants,
beads and clasps. If our
designs do not meet your requirements we have the expertise to create a
new custom made charm from your own design. We also create custom jewelry
tags for your personal jewelry line. All
we need is a detailed description or drawing and our model makers will
create a metal prototype of your design. Once
you have approved the model we can start production which will include the
creation of a rubber casting mold.
We manufacture our components using a centrifugal
casting process. Molten metal
are poured into the rubber mold. A
machine spins the mold at high speed and the centrifugal force push the
metal through the mold to fill all the cavities.
The metal cools and solidify and are then removed
from the mold. The cast items will then be tumbled to shine the metal and
remove any metal slivers left from the casting process. Items could also
be plated in silver, gold, copper or brass. If you are interested in
something more colorful we could make your item to include colored
epoxy or the items could be enamel painted.
